Postal document receipt already digitized by scanning service provider – however, high manual effort required for assigning and distributing documents
Requirement: Classification of incoming mail as completely as possible, regardless of document type (approx. 60 document classes)
Goal: fully integrate new technology into the newly emerging processes in the cloud landscape
